MMA Expo Philly
Hands-On Seminars
with MMA Greats!

 

 

 
MMA Expo Philly has an awesome opportunity for just a few fighters 'n fans to train hands-on with some of today’s greats in MMA – Sean Sherk [37-4-1], Shonie Carter [46-18-7] and Matt Hamill [9-2-0]… plus another top-notch instructor to be announced shortly.

 

Your $95 seminar fee includes:

  • Admission to MMA Expo and the Philadelphia Sports Expo
  • Your choice of Saturday or Sunday
  • 2 hours of training in the morning – from 11AM to 1PM
    • Arrive at 10 to get your passes at registration
    • Be on the mats, changed and ready to go for 10:30
  • 1 hour lunch break – to 2PM
  • 2 hours of training in the afternoon – from 2PM to 4PM
  • Training on the mat and in the 24 ft. Zebra Event Series Octagon
    • this is part of the program but is not mandatory
  • Autograph and Photo with each instructor

Note:
  • These seminars are for individuals accustomed to training in martial arts
  • Experience in ground work is preferred but not mandatory.
  • You will be paired up with various people throughout the day.
    • Remember this is a TRAINING seminar where you are working with other people to hone both your skills - i.e. this is NOT a competition between you and your partner
  • Arrive prepared with training shorts, T or rash guard, mouth guard, and if you want to enter the octagon, MMA gloves and head gear. If you are missing something you will find lots of venors on the show floor.
  • You will be required to sign a release on site.
